From our smart factory in Eindhoven we drive hardware innovation and production. In our new hub in the centre of Utrecht we focus on everything customer-facing: commercial activities, our digital products and the support organisation. Eindhoven is the high-tech engine; Utrecht is the customer-facing heart.

Your role

As Growth Associate you are the right hand of one of the co-founders in Utrecht. You help turn ideas, opportunities and problems into concrete plans, projects and results.

One day you’re coordinating a small go-to-market project with marketing, sales and support; the next you’re preparing a meeting with an important partner, structuring notes into a clear plan, or chasing decisions and follow-ups so things actually move. You organise campaigns, events and launches, keep an overview of priorities, and make sure the right people are talking to each other at the right time.

You’ll sit in the middle of our Utrecht hub: close to commercial, marketing, product and support, with a direct line to Eindhoven for anything related to hardware and innovation. You see a lot, you learn fast, and you play a key role in making sure that “we should do this” becomes “it’s done” and present the results.

This is not a classic trainee role. It’s a broad growth role for a smart, ambitious generalist who wants to learn how a fast-growing scale-up is built from the inside.

What you bring

We don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for mindset, brains and drive:

• You have a university level of thinking (WO degree or similar level through experience).

• You’re a go-getter: when you see something that needs doing, you pick it up.

• You’re organised and structured, you like lists, clarity and turning chaos into plans.

• You’re assertive: not afraid to ask questions, challenge, or chase people for decisions.

• You’re independent and take ownership; you don’t wait for detailed instructions.

• You enjoy working with different disciplines (commercial, tech, support) and can switch quickly between topics.

• You learn fast, are curious and want to understand how the whole business fits together.

• You live within reach of Utrecht and like working on site.

• You speak Dutch and English comfortably.
