Why this role matters
Only R290 monoblocks. No F-gas required. Factory-sealed units keep your work focused on hydraulics, electrics and commissioning—where your craft shines.
You co-engineer in the field. Tough retrofits, tight spaces, noise limits, multi-zone mixes—you design smart setups and make them sing.
Your feedback powers our roadmap. You use our commissioning platform daily and help the Technology team ship better features faster.
What you’ll do
Install & commission Weheat R290 monoblocks to a first-time-right standard: hydraulics, electrics, start-up and performance checks.
Balance and fine-tune: set flows/ΔT, pump curves and buffer/LLH logic so every zone hits setpoint without cycling or noise.
Solve complexity: tackle challenging retrofits, low-noise placements (incl. night settings), space-constrained installs and DHW recirculation.
Use Weheat’s commissioning app & portal to set up, validate and document each install—then monitor health where needed.
Diagnose like a pro: trace issues methodically(hydraulics, sensors, power, controls) and leave systems better than you found them.
Build and commission test rigs at our facilities to trial new hardware/software ideas with engineers.
Close the loop: share field insights, propose improvements, and help bring new ideas to life in our platform and products.
Coach partners/juniors on neat work, safe work and smart work. We grow skills together.
What you bring
Hands-on installation & commissioning experience with heat pumps or HVAC/hydronics.
