Your role

As an Installation Expert, you are the face of Weheat at our customers’ homes. You install and commission our heat pumps, making sure everything is connected safely, correctly and neatly. From hydraulic and electrical connections to final checks and explanations for the customer — you make sure the system works as intended and the customer feels confident using it.

You work with modern, data-enabled systems and use digital tools to register installations, settings and status information. You signal issues, think along about improvements and share feedback with colleagues in engineering and operations. Some days you work independently on site, other days you’re back in Duizel to align, learn and improve installation methods together with the team.

This is you

You’re a hands-on technician who takes pride in delivering quality work and good customer experiences:

• Experience installing heat pumps, HVAC systems or similar technical installations
• A technical vocational education (e.g. electrical engineering, installation technology or similar)
• Ability to safely connect hydraulic and electrical systems according to standards
• Affinity with working safely around refrigerants such as R290 (training provided if needed)
• Comfortable using digital tools and apps during installation and commissioning
• Clear and friendly communication with customers and colleagues
• A valid driving license (B) and willingness to travel between customer sites and Duizel
• You enjoy working on site and taking responsibility for a job done right
